Idea for forums

I was thinking about what if there was a place to just talk like general discussion about everyday life or the news. If there is a place like that here I may have missed, but if not maybe one could be put on here. I was wanting to get some point of views on a subject I had.

There is a general discussion section at the bottom of the main page. It is labeled OFF TOPIC.

I meant some thing for general discussion about life or what have you not just vehicle discussion.
